Eat healthy food

Eat healthy foods to support your recovery. Increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, and whole meals. Consult your doctor if you are unsure about what foods you can eat especially if you have an underlying condition. Ask if you can take any postpartum vitamins as well.

Take plenty of Rest

It was most likely difficult for you to give birth, whether by natural birth or by C-section. As a result, make the most of the time you have after giving birth. Take plenty of rest. Get as much sleep as possible. When your child falls asleep, it is time for you to do the same.
